"I have an all-steel building with insulation between the sheet metal roof and the steel rafters. My roof resembles most of your roof leak diverter pictures. This roof insulation tends to collect water from leaks all over the roof and drip into the building when the seam starts to tear. Most such leaks occur near the load-bearing walls, but we have one which let go near the center of the building. This leak is a torn seam 10 feet long. Leaks occur at random locations along this tear, and we have used multiple diverters, absorbents and buckets. The leak also happens to be in an executive office. When i saw this item in your catalog for the first time, i ordered it right away. I have just finished installing this trough diverter and was very impressed with the ease of installation. I ran it directly through one of the triangular gaps in a rafter to avoid the many obstacles in the suspended ceiling and sprinkler system. This diverter was easy to assemble and install in place, and very easy to level and adjust. It has barely begun to collect and divert the wandering leaks that have given me (and a couple roofing contractors) so many headaches over the years, but i see it's value right away."
