- Super-tough hole saw with tungsten carbide-tipped teeth cuts a clean recess into concrete or asphalt
- Creates a 4"-diameter ring for exact mounting of markers
- Carbide-tipped drill bit creates center hole for optional rivet mounting; helps steady assembly for even drilling
