29 CFR 1910.145(f)(5) - Danger tags are to be used to identify, "major hazard situations where an immediate hazard presents a threat of death or serious injury to an employee."
29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(iii) - "Entrances to rooms and other guarded locations containing exposed electrically energized parts shall be marked with conspicuous warning signs forbidding unqualified persons to enter."
