Description
- Tabs on ring self-align to drum chime to securely fit 30-gallon fiber drums
- 3"-wide EVA gasket and locking mechanism seal lid to help keep drum contents dry and pure
- Latching handle is easy to open or close with one hand
- Access drum contents without removing or reattaching drum ring, bolt or lid
- Removable hinge pin lets you remove lid without loosening band around drum
- Lid stop keeps lid upright when open
- Accepts padlock (not included)
Additional Information
40 CFR 264.1086(c)(1)(ii) - Level one containers must have closure devices that, "form a continuous barrier over the container openings." When these closure devices are in place, there can be, "no visible holes, gaps or other open spaces into the interior of the container."
40 CFR 264.173 - Containers holding hazardous waste, "must always be closed during storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste."
