Product Description
- Removes oils, dirt, debris and heavy metals from collected water using an inline series of baffles, foam coalescing blocks, oil-only absorbents and polishing filters (25- and 5-micron)
- Baffles and coalescing blocks are washable and reusable; replacements are available for all filtering media
- Conserves water by enabling indefinite, non-potable reuse; create a closed-loop wash system by combining with a PIG® Vacuum Recovery System, holding tank, containment berm and power washer (all sold separately)
- Filtering water before reuse also saves wear and tear on equipment by removing potentially damaging liquids and particulates
- Auto-engaging, high-volume pump handles up to 14 gpm; outputs processed water to collection tank
- Inlet restrictor prevents overflow while check valve eliminates siphoning back from collection tank
- Pre-installed steel frame provides stationary support and protection; also allows mounting on trailer or in truck bed as part of a mobile wash system by drilling holes in frame or securing with straps
- Simply open bottom drain and manifold gate valves to empty unit; water will pump out through polishing filters
- Economical and easy to use; just fill with clean water to prime, connect to other system components and plug into grounded AC outlet
- Polyethylene material is durable, light-weight and stands up to both hot or cold water
- Lid keeps external debris out of system; securely fastens using provided screws
