Product Description
- Accurately controls inflow of water and concentrate to dispense perfectly mixed solution at the desired ratio; eliminates guessing and variability
- Ensures effective and efficient use of concentrates; using too little chemical weakens final solution, while too much wastes money and could leave behind slippery residue
- High-flow discharge rate of 4.5 gpm is ideal for filling larger containers
- Unit mounts to wall using two pre-drilled holes (hardware not included) or screws securely into standard 2" bung opening; nitrile gasket creates a tight seal to help reduce vapor emissions
- Connect standard garden hose to supply water; entire unit operates solely on water pressure (minimum 25 psi recommended) with no additional power source required
- Pickup tube with foot valve draws chemical from drum or pail into Dilution Control Unit to mix with incoming water; weighted tube stays submerged for reliable intake
- Filtering screens help prevent solid contaminants from entering system from drum or water line; backflow preventer keeps chemicals from entering water system in the event of back pressure
- Color-coded metering tips attach quickly and easily (or use no tip at all) to set mixing ratio from 4.5:1 to 400:1; 13 pre-set and 1 customizable tip included
- Easy to operate; simply twist ball valve lever to turn on and off
- Durable and chemical resistant for use with almost any industrial cleaner or degreaser
- No written instructions required to use; ideal for diverse facilities where language might be a barrier to effective communication
