Product Description
- Slides right into your floor drain and locks in place for around-the-clock protection from oily runoff and spills
- Unique design with patented filtering material removes hydrocarbons from typical waterflow
- Automatically seals off drain in the event of a spill or when fully saturated
- Constructed of rigid PVC for strength and durability
- Mounting ring accepts twist-lock top for quick and easy installation or removal
- Filters out gasoline, diesel, crude oils, hydraulic oil, lubricating oils, kerosene and more
- Mounting ring should be attached to the drain with Caulk
- Measure the length of your drain. The 10" filter length is recommended. Use shorter filters only if there are restrictions that would not allow for longer filter
- Longer filters provide a larger internal pre-filter capacity which will maximize the flow rate over the filter's average one year useful life
- Flow rate for the 3" dia is .75 gallons/minute; 4" dia is 1 gallon/minute
- Ideal for outdoor fueling areas, chemical storage, manufacturing, petro-chemical production or anywhere that drains are threatened by hydrocarbons
