- Includes complete instructions for connecting components using the Bulkhead Fittings included with PIG® Multi-IBC Modular Spill Pallets or sold separately as PAK118
- Includes a 2.25" hole saw for drilling connecting holes
- Also includes 3" hex socket (3/8" drive) and 3" lug spanner wrench (3/8" drive) for tightening fittings
