Reduce harmful vapor emissions while drum lids are temporarily open—without the expense or inconvenience of a fume cabinet or canopy! Connect this Latching Lid to your exhaust ducts so drums can be located as needed while still protecting workers.
Product Description
- 4"-diameter port connects directly to ducting to provide a local collection hood; suction inlets around top opening pull vapors away
- Continuous nitrile gasket and locking mechanism completely seal Lid to prevent leaks or detachment, even if drum tips over; can be padlocked (lock not included) for added security
- Replaces the lid on a 55-gallon, open-head steel drum; locks on with existing bolt ring, then opens and closes with one-handed lever operation
- Durable, powder-coated finish resists chipping
- Includes one 90˚ elbow and one straight fitting for connection to exhaust ducts in any direction
