We’re here to help make your New Pig experience a good one and lend you a helping hand wherever leaks and spills are giving you headaches. 3. Is New Pig still shipping orders?
Yes, we’re shipping orders daily! Most items are in stock and still shipping on a daily basis (Monday through Friday), but some deliveries may take longer than usual. FedEx and UPS are no longer guaranteeing overnight shipments, but we promise we’re doing everything we can to get PIG products in your hands as quickly as possible.
4. Can I get a quote?
Yes, we’re happy to provide you with quotes on orders of any size. Call us at 1-855-493-4647 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP — usually the same day.
5. Can I return orders?
Yes, shopping at New Pig is always risk-free with our No Guff Guarantee®. We stand behind 100% of our products 100% of the time. If you’re not happy, we’ll refund every penny, including taxes and shipping both ways. We’ll even schedule the return shipping from your location.
6. Are your products in stock?
A vast majority of PIG products are in stock and ready for same-day shipping, but due to high demand and situations beyond our control, some items are on backorder.
