unexpected on line shopping experience!

"I usually shop on line from well known companies to make sure every thing is fine and safe but when I was looking for this electric pump to purchase for my manual low profile oil drain cart, I couldn't find any of those company to buy this item from them except NewPig. At the first as soon as I Google this item and find it in their site a little box popped up and asked if I need help and I start to chat and got great info, I had no other choice to buy this pump from else where so I finally bought it and since the moment I purchase this item got confirmation and what ever good support you need from a customer service, I got from New Pigs. I am very satisfied whit this item, it was easy to install and use, the appearance was excellent, delivery was on time, and the usefulness of it really worth the price I paid.
