Providing passive secondary containment for containers, tanks and oil-filled equipment is sometimes a challenge — especially when you need to be able to maintain access to the area. Concrete berms and angle iron are common secondary containment solutions, but they limit access to areas and are difficult to tear out if floor plans or processes change. PIG Build-A-Berm Barriers can be installed quickly and easily, just about anywhere. Use them indoors to enclose processes and help prevent oil from reaching floor drains. You can also use them in storage areas to create a containment room. Outdoors, the barrier provides containment for tanks or leaky equipment. Drain options are also available to help facilitate removal of uncontaminated rainwater and snowmelt.
