I really liked how you talked about how slips and falls can happen at any time, but they are more prevalent in the winter months. If I were to run a company, and we have the budget for it, I’ll be sure to invest in low voltage step heaters for my building so that we can avoid potential accidents. Thanks for this really informative piece about safety tips during winter!

I do agree with you that for employees who need to work outdoor will have problems with cold stress injuries such as hypothermia, frostbite, overexertion, and dehydration during winter. Since winter is fast approaching, the outdoor employees must be reminded to have the tools and equipment needed to ensure their safety. With safety in mind, we are planning to give a landing ice melting heater to my daughter who often works outside the office for their monitoring project.
