Ordering and shipping

1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order in any of the following ways:

2. Do I need to create an account to order online?
No. But you’ll miss out on features that make checkout quick and easy – like personal shipping and billing options. Creating an account also lets you track your orders, view your order history and create shopping lists.

3. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and SmartPay (U.S. Government) credit cards. We can also send you an invoice. Terms are net 30 pending credit approval.

4. Will I have to pay sales tax?
If your order is shipping to a Pennsylvania address and we don’t have a Tax Exemption Certificate on file, we will add 6% sales tax to all taxable items and any prepaid freight charges.If your order is shipping to a Nevada address and we don’t have a tax exemption form on file, we will add sales tax at the appropriate county rate to the product amount on all orders.

5. What is the Quick Order Form and how do I use it?
The Quick Order Form lets you add product item numbers directly to your cart. Just click on “Quick Order” at the top of the website, enter the item number and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” If you need more, click “add more.” When you have all the items you want in your cart, click the “Checkout” button to complete your order.

6. How do I know if my order is placed?
After you review your purchases and click the “Complete Order” button, you’ll see your confirmation number. You’ll also get an email within minutes that includes your order details and confirmation number.

7. How can I check the status of my order?
If you checked out as a guest, click the link in your confirmation email. If you’re a registered user, just sign into your account and click “My Account.” Then click “Order History/Tracking” in the My Account menu. To get your order status, click on the confirmation number.

8. How will my order be shipped?
You can choose from our standard shipping methods or use a Saved Carrier from your account options during checkout. You can also estimate your shipping costs by entering your zip code in your shopping cart before you check out.

9. Will I get an email when my order ships?
Yes. We’ll send you an email with tracking links the minute your order goes out the door.

10. How do I track my order?
If you’re a registered user, sign into your account and click “Order History/Tracking” in the My Account menu. Find the order you want to track and click the confirmation number. A list of the boxes in that shipment will appear with a tracking number link to the carrier’s website.

11. Can I change or cancel an order?
We process our orders with lightning speed to make sure you get your shipment fast. If you ever need to change or cancel an order, please call 1-855-493-HOGS (493-4647) or email us at hothogs@newpig.com right away so that Customer Service can take care of it.

12. What is your return policy?
If you ever need to return an item, we’ll take it back – no questions asked. You’ll never pay restocking charges or be slapped with hidden fees. It’s all part of our No Guff Guarantee: Every penny. Every product. Every time.

13. How can I get replacement parts for my PIG products?
Call 1-855-493-HOGS (493-4647) and Customer Service will be happy to help you get the replacement parts you need. Some items may require special handling such as returning an old part in exchange for a new one.

My Account

1. How do I create a newpig.com account?
Creating an account makes checkout quick and easy! Just click on “Register” in the top right-hand corner. Once you enter your contact information and create your username and password, you’ll be able to track your orders, view your order history, create shopping lists and set up shipping and billing options.

2. What should I do if I forget my password?
Click “Reset” directly beside "Forgot Password" under "Sign In," enter your email address and click the "Continue" button.  You will immediately receive an email with a temporary link to reset your password.

3. What is the Account Overview?
Account Overview displays your default checkout settings, upcoming Autoship deliveries and recent orders. To get there, just sign into your account and click “My Account.”

4. How do I change my contact information?
To change your contact information, sign into your account, click “My Account” and go to “Contact Information” in the My Account menu.

5. Can I save multiple shipping addresses?  How do I do it?
Yes.  Just sign into your account, click "My Account" and choose "Shipping Address" in the My Account menu.  You can create and manage multiple shipping addresses that you'll be able to select during checkout in addition to your default shipping address.

6. Can I save payment options? How do I do it?
Yes. Just sign into your account, click “My Account” and go to “Payment” in the My Account menu. You can create payment options including multiple credit cards and invoicing. You can select a default payment method or choose from your options during checkout.

7. Can I set up my own carrier accounts and choose them when I check out?
Yes. Sign into your account and click “Shipping Method” in the My Account menu to set up your carriers. There’s also a space where you can enter special shipping instructions. You can select a default shipping method or choose from your options during checkout.

8. What is Autoship and how do I use it?
Autoship is a free service that lets you schedule automatic deliveries for the products you order most. You’ll save time and never have to worry about running out of critical supplies. You can choose an Autoship delivery frequency as an option when it appears on the product page or when it has been added to your cart. Learn more about Autoship here.

9. How do I view my order history?
Sign into your account, click “My Account" and go to "Order History/Tracking” in the My Account menu. You’ll be able to review your processed orders by date range, view the details of each purchase, track your current orders, and download your order history information. You can also reorder a previous purchase.

10. What are Shopping Lists and how do I use them?
Shopping Lists are a great way to store the items you want to keep for future reference and order again. Sign into your account, click "My Account" and go to "Shopping Lists" in the My Account menu.  You can create your own shopping list by clicking "Add to Shopping List" on the product page or by clicking “Save to Shopping List” in your cart before you check out.

11. Can I repeat a purchase from a previous order?
Yes. Sign into your account and click “Order History/Tracking” in the My Account menu. Locate the purchase you want to repeat and click “Reorder” when it appears in your order history. If you frequently reorder the same products, you can save time with Autoship and have these items delivered automatically.

12. What happens if I leave items in my cart but don’t check out?
Any items you add to your cart but don’t check out will remain there until you purchase them, remove them or clear the cookies from your browser.

To review any of our products, sign into your account, go to the product page and click "Write a Review" next to the rating under the product name.

15. Can I save multiple billing addresses? How do I do it?
Yes. Just sign into your account, click "My Account" and choose "Payment" in the My Account menu. You can create and manage multiple billing addresses that you'll be able to select during checkout in addition to your default billing address. ^Top

1. How do I qualify for a discount?
You may qualify for one of our discount programs if you order in volume or spend a certain dollar amount per year. Learn more here.

2. How will I know if I’m getting my special pricing?
Your special pricing will appear whenever you sign into your account. Please allow one business day after you register for your special pricing to appear.

3. How do I get the promo you’re offering?
Just enter the promo code in your shopping cart and click “Apply” before you check out. If your offer requires a minimum purchase, your promo code will be applied when you reach that dollar amount.

4. Can I get more than one promo with my purchase?
Sorry, you may only enter one promo code per purchase.

5. Can I use a promo code from a catalog when I order online?
Sure! Just enter the promo code from the back cover of a recent issue. Remember, no matter where you get your promo code, you may only enter one per purchase.

7. What are your promotional item rules?

9. How do I get the promo offered in my PIG email?
Click through the email and it will take you to our website. The email promo code will automatically be applied at checkout. If you don’t click through, you can enter your email code in your cart. If your offer requires a minimum purchase, your promo code will be applied when you reach that dollar amount.

Terms and Policies

1. What is your shipping policy?
New Pig items ship FOB origin. You can estimate freight charges in your shopping cart, but your actual freight charges and expected delivery time will be displayed when you check out. Orders for in-stock items placed by 5 p.m. EST ship within 24 hours – often the same day you order. PIG products take from one to four days for delivery based on the location of the shipping warehouse. Items that are drop shipped may take longer. If shipping information is not available online, you may choose "Place order on hold" at the end of the ordering process and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with the details before your order ships.
