"We received the product and the shipping container box was in good shape, no obvious signs of damage. I noticed that the product was starting to come out of the box. I opened the box and could see the lid had came off during shipping, the second box was the same way. We were able to recover the spilled product and secure the lid on the bucket. Overall the product does an awesome job "
