Great Product

"Recently purchased 2nd set of 4 just in time for our recent rainstorm that hit NYS. Already had 3 placed in problem area of our basement and backed them up after water started coming in. Even with them all down and some towels too we still had to use our wet vacuum due to the amount of water seeping in. We had to have emptied out 70 plus gals. of water before the rain stopped. If it wasn't for the PIG socks slowing the water down we would have had full flooded basement. The only down side is that it takes so long for the socks to air dry."

Water Absorbent socks

"I bought them to try in the garage for all the water that comes off from our cars and they work great - helps keep the water from going under our cabinets. Also helps keep things dry so that we do not get any mold or mildew from the moisture. Well worth the money."

Very useful

"We bought four absorbent socks recently to help defrost a dorm-size refrigerator we have under our coffee bar out front. Normally when we defrost it, the meltwater goes all over the floor no matter how many towels we put in it and around it. We put two socks inside the refrigerator, and two socks outside the refrigerator. Voilà! No damp mess on the floor this time. We're very pleased, and even more pleased that they're reusable."
