Description

Self-contained unit connects to a Leak Diverter to trap oils and help you comply with SPCC and stormwater regulations.
  • Absorbent-filled bucket captures hydrocarbons from collected liquid, but water passes right through
  • Seven alternating layers of PIG Oil-Only Mat Pads and PIG Oil-Only Pillows offer high oil retention for fewer changeouts
  • Hose fitting on top of container lid accepts 3/4" drainage hose from a PIG Leak Diverter or other liquid sources; bucket can be located almost anywhere
  • Container and absorbents are both UV resistant for long-term outdoor use without degradation
  • 3/4" connection on bottom of container accepts a self bailer, drain plug (included), drainage hose (also included) or can be used as a free-flowing drain
  • 20-gallon container holds oil-absorbent media to remove up to 5 gallons of oil, grease and hydrocarbons without taking in a drop of water

Oily water filter

Shipping of the item was quick as usual. I like that it came already assembled and with a label explaining what it is for users. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because we haven't needed to use it for oily water yet, so I don't know how well it works yet.
