  • No. However, if you choose not to register, many features of the site like ‘Order History’ will not be available to you. Registering doesn’t take long and your information will be stored so that placing your order will be faster and easier the next time you shop with us.
  • No. You’re free to purchase only what you need. We don’t impose minimums, ever.
  • We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express as well as Visa Debit and Debit MasterCard. We also offer instant credit accounts. Take a look at our Payment Options page for more details on the variety of ways you can pay for your order.
  • The ‘Quick Order’ form lets you add product item numbers directly to your basket without viewing the product page. Just click on ‘Quick Order’ at the top right-hand side of the website, enter the item number and quantity you’re looking for, and click the ‘Add to Basket’ icon. If you need to add more products, click the ‘Add More Fields’ link. When you have all the items you want in your Basket, click the ‘View Basket & Checkout’ pop-up or click on the ‘Basket’ button in the top right-hand side of the header to enter checkout and complete your order.
  • After you review your purchases and click the ‘Complete Order’ button, you’ll see your confirmation number. You’ll also get an email within minutes that includes your order details and confirmation number.
  • If you’re a registered user you can view the status of your order(s) by signing in to your account and clicking ‘My Account’. From here you can view the status of your order(s) in ‘Account Overview’ or by clicking to view the ‘Order History’ page from the ‘My Account’ menu on the left-hand side of the page. If you checked out as a guest, please call our Customer Service Team on 0800 919 900 to check the status of your order.
  • Yes. We’ll send you an email, letting you know your order is on its way, the minute it goes out the door.
  • Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer order tracking online. If your order is taking longer than expected or you’d like to find out when it’s due to arrive, you can check its progress by calling our Customer Service team on 0800 919 900 or emailing them at pigpen@newpig.com and quoting your order number.
  • We process our orders with lightning speed to make sure you get your delivery fast. If you ever need to change or cancel an order, please call 0800 919 900 or email us at pigpen@newpig.com right away so that Customer Service can take care of it.
  • We’re proud to offer our 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all PIG-Branded Products as well as an account credit, up to 20 working days from date of delivery, for all non-PIG-branded returns.

    Orders for Bespoke/Custom/Non-Standard Goods (meaning those Goods manufactured, imported or sourced to your specification or request) cannot be returned and are excluded from our returns policy.

  • In the event that parts wear out as a result of normal operation of a product, replacement parts may be available for purchase. If a return is necessary, some items may require special handling. Please contact us for further information on replacement parts and return instructions by calling us on 0800 919 900 or emailing us at pigpen@newpig.com.

  • No, at newpig.co.uk you can checkout as a guest, so there’s no need to sign in when you’re looking to make a purchase. However, if you’d like to enjoy all the benefits of being a newpig.co.uk user, such as quicker checkout, access to your previous ‘Order History’, saved ‘Shopping Lists’ and more, you’ll need to register for an account.
  • Creating an account couldn’t be easier. Simply click on ‘Register’ in the top right corner of the site. Once you’ve completed all required field on the registration form, just click ‘Register’ and now you’re ready to shop!
  • To sign in to newpig.co.uk, click the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right corner of the site. Enter your email address and password and click ‘Sign In’. It’s that simple.
  • No, at newpig.co.uk you can checkout as a guest, so there’s no need to sign in when you’re looking to make a purchase. If however, you’re looking to view certain areas of the site, like ‘My Account’, sign in is required.

    It’s important to remember though, if you already have an account with us, signing in each time you visit will mean you’ll be able to checkout much faster and benefit from any orders you place being recorded against your ‘Order History’. This means you can view, manage and even reorder your previous purchases online at any time, quickly and easily.

  • You can activate ‘Remember Me’ by clicking the ‘Remember Me’ box before you sign in. When you leave, close all browser windows without choosing ‘Sign Out’ and newpig.co.uk will automatically recognise you for 120 days. ‘Remember Me’ will not compromise your security in any way. When it’s activated, you will be prompted to enter your password to checkout or access sensitive account information. If you click ‘Sign Out’ or clear your browser cookies the ‘Remember Me’ feature will be cancelled.
  • Click ‘Sign In’ and then click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the account sign in screen. Enter your email address and click the ‘Continue’ button. You will immediately receive an email with a temporary link to reset your password.
  • To change your password click ‘Sign in’ at the top right-hand corner of the site. Once signed in to your account go to the ‘My Account’ area and select ‘Change Password’ from the menu on the left-hand side. After you enter your new password you will immediately receive an email confirming that your password has been updated.
  • Account Overview displays your default checkout settings and most recent orders. To get there, just sign in to your account and click ‘My Account’.
  • To change your contact information, sign in to your account, click ‘My Account’ and go to ‘Contact Info & Preferences’ in the ‘My Account’ menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Under the ‘Invoice Me: Saved Billing Addresses’ section you can easily ‘Add New’, ‘Edit’ and ‘Remove’ addresses simply by clicking the appropriate link. There’s also the option to set an address as your ‘default’ simply by clicking the ‘Set as my default’ link.
  • Just sign into your account, click ‘My Account’ and go to ‘Payment Methods’ in the ‘My Account’ menu on the left-hand side of the page. Here you can easily ‘Add New’, ‘Edit’ and ‘Remove’ debit and credit card details as well as invoice billing addresses. There’s also the option to set a payment method as your ‘default’ simply by clicking the ‘Set as my default’ link next to your preferred option.
  • Sign in to your account and click ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ menu. You’ll be able to review your processed orders by date range, view the details of each purchase, and download your order history information. You can also reorder a previous purchase simply by clicking on the appropriate link.
  • ‘Shopping Lists’ are a great way to store the items you want to keep for future reference and order again. ‘Shopping Lists’ can be created in a number of ways, so long as you’re signed in to your account.

    You can create a shopping list by clicking the ‘Add to Shopping List’ link on a product page or by clicking the ‘Add to Shopping List’ link in your ‘Basket’. When clicking the ‘Add to Shopping List’ link, in either of these places, you’ll be prompted to add your item(s) to a previously saved list or create a brand new one.

    ‘Shopping Lists’ can also be created when you select ‘My Shopping Lists’ from the dropdown menu, located at the top right-hand corner of the site or by visiting the ‘Shopping Lists’ feature via the ‘My Account’ area. From here you can easily create, edit and delete your ‘Shopping Lists’ simply by clicking on the appropriate link.

  • Yes. Sign in to your account and click ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ menu on the left-hand side of the page. Locate the order you want to repeat and click ‘Reorder’.
  • Any items you add to your basket but don’t checkout will remain there until you purchase them or remove them. Items will also be removed from your basket if cookies expire or are cleared from your browser.
  • To review any of our products, sign in to your account, go to the product page and click ‘Write a Review’ under the product name (next to the product item number). Please review our Website Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookie Policy before leaving your review.

Pricing, Promotions & Special Offers

  • Yes. Your pricing is always the same, no matter how you choose to place your order with us.
  • A ‘Promo Code’ is a code entered during the checkout process that entitles you to one of our unique free gifts, a special product price, a discount on your order or maybe even free delivery. You’ll find ‘Promo Codes’ on the back cover of our catalogues, in our emails and online at newpig.co.uk.
  • Just enter a valid promo code into the ‘Enter your promo code:’ field in your shopping basket and click ‘Apply’ to activate the offer against your order, before you checkout. If your free gift with purchase requires a minimum spend to qualify, your promo code will be applied when your basket reaches the required value.
  • Sorry, you may only enter one promo code per purchase.
  • Sure. Just enter the promo code from the back cover of a recent issue. Remember, no matter where you get your promo code, you may only redeem one per purchase.
  • No, sorry. You can only get these special items by using a promo code.
  • Promotional items are given with qualifying orders and you may only redeem one per purchase. If your company has a special policy about accepting free promotional items, we can add a note to your account to reflect your preference.   • Click through the email and it will take you to our website. The email promo code will automatically be applied at checkout. If you don’t click through, you can enter your email code in your basket. If your offer requires a minimum purchase, your promo code will be applied when your basket reaches that amount.

  • Finding the right product is easy at newpig.co.uk. If you know the item number of the product you’re looking for, simply use the ‘search’ box at the top of the website to view the product page for that item. You can also use the ‘Search’ box to search by keyword (for example ‘sock’). You can narrow your search results by using the ‘Filter Products’ options on the left side of the results page.

    You can also search the site by using the main navigation. You can find this at the top of the page. From here you can search for products based on their category/sub-category (for example ‘Absorbent Mats’) and then narrow your search results by using the ‘Filter Products’ options on the left side of the results page.

Catalogues & Marketing Contact

  • To change your marketing communications preferences, sign in to your account, click ‘My Account’ and go to ‘Contact Info & Preferences’ in the ‘My Account’ menu on the left-hand side of the page.
  • To receive a copy of our catalogue simply complete our Catalogue Request form and we’ll pop one straight in the post. You can also call us on 0800 919 900 or email us at pigpen@newpig.com and one of our friendly Customer Service team will handle your request.

    In the meantime, if you just can’t wait, you can view the Pigalog online.

  • Simply click on the Catalogue Request link, found at the bottom left-hand side of the page, complete all of the required form fields and click ‘Mail it to Me’. If you already have an account we recommend signing in, that way we’ll do all the hard work for you by auto-completing the request form on your behalf.
