Best set of filter pillows EVER!

We bought this product over 6 months ago and this is the first time we have had to replace the filterers. We use this system everyday in our auto detail bays to filter the water before it goes out the drain and boy do these work great . We run about 70 to 100 gallons of waste water through them a day and they catch every drop of oil and chemicals we use to wash and detail our car with . The added plastic screen helps stop the big pieces of dirt and rocks from going through the system. If you have problems with oil in your water this is for you.

Pour Through oily water filter

This is a good alternative for much more expensive and complicated oily water filters.

Oily Water Solution

We were in need of a disposal solution for the condensate that comes off our machinery. Each week we fill a 20gl drum with water that has a small amount of visible oil. Paying a disposal company to remove that much water would have cost too much. Our EPA compliance manager said we could use an oil separator to remove the oil and then pour the filtered water down the drain. Oil separators are costly and complicated. While researching for the best oil separator I found these filters. We modified our existing drum to have a plug on the bottom. The filters have been in place for two weeks. So far they are still filtering oil and have held up with no obvious sign of distress. So far I am happy with the purchase.
